With over 50 years of combined experience, Cardon, Stuart, & Associates has a distinguished reputation throughout Utah for excellence in DUI defense, criminal law, and personal injury cases.
Founded in 1987 as Kelly Cardon Law, the firm quickly gained a reputation for excellence. The memorable tagline, “If it were me, I’d call me,” became a local favorite, featured prominently on billboards and radio ads throughout the state. Although Kelly Cardon has since retired from practicing criminal defense, his legacy continues through Brady Stuart, who officially took over the practice in 2020. The firm was renamed Cardon, Stuart, & Associates to reflect this transition.
As a local to the area, Brady Stuart brings a deep understanding of the community and a strong commitment to his clients. Regarding his choice to bring Brady into the fold, Kelly explained “Brady was with me approximately 4 ½ years before he took over the practice. He’s the perfect fit: hungry for trial work, comfortable with court, and always prepared. Judges respect his work and the clients know that; not only is he knowledgeable but he’s also confident and a great negotiator.”
The firm’s established team is known for being relentless, trusted, and determined. Their aggressive yet professional approach ensures that clients receive successful and beneficial resolutions.
If you need a defense attorney, choose a firm with exceptional legal experience and personalized service. With Cardon, Stuart, & Associates, you can move forward with confidence, knowing you’re in capable hands.
